Property Management fees are payable quarterly in advance after an initial slush-fund payment of 150 to be held on account in lieu of ad-hoc expenses such as emergency repairs; cleaning services; lost key replacement, etc. |

Rental Management commission fees:
Long term rentals:
One months commission for 11 month contract tenant
10% of total contract for 6 to 10 month contract
